Computer Science is an exciting discipline which was first developed by mathematicians, but is now quite distinct. None the less there are important points of overlap.

• Computer Science undergraduates do a substantial amount of mathematics in their first year, alongside undergraduates in the other degree programmes; they need to be mathematically strong to succeed. [say this here as well as under Admissions?]
